Nothing says summer like an afternoon grilling session, and this experience is sure to start your summer off with a sizzle!

Grillin' and Chillin' features Iron Chef Showdown Winner and James Beard Finalist Chef David Bancroft, as he guides attendees on the perfect way to master grilling a beef, redfish on the halfshell, oysters, and chicken.  Following this learning session, attendees will sit for a family style meal enjoying the fruits of your labor combined with sides influenced by Bancroft's signature approach to home-style dining.

He will be joined by a mixologist creating custom backyard sipping cocktails featuring Hotaling Juniper Gin, Hirsch Bourbon, as well as Nikka Highballs during the instructional session. During the meal, we will be pouring Agentinian Malbec as well as whites from the Benzger Family Winery.
